Wafer Imaging Description:
The automatic wafer removal system with
wafer imaging (capture) , bar code & camera
is designed to remove the wafer from the
cassette while reading the barcode on the
wafer, then the system takes a real time
picture of the wafer and stores the
corresponding information all into a
database for review at a later time.
The system computer model provides the user
a friendly GUI interface that allows
commands to be taken, controls the system
movements, take and stores wafer images on
the computers hard disk, and
maintains/updates the wafer imaging list.
The system allows the operator to present
wafers, one at a time in sequence to the
camera for image capture and barcode
reading.
This system includes four modules:
1. Computer
2. Wafer Loader
3. Bar Code Reader
4. Camera
The main purpose of a wafer imaging system
is for wafer inspection and wafer tracing
accountability.
This system is comprised of a wafer indexing
platform, wafer cassette placement platform,
status light bar, bar code system integrated
with GUI, camera system integrated with GUI,
computer PC wafer vacuum chuck, and emo. It
is designed to handle multiple wafer sizes
and is easily adaptable.
This system comes with our standard 1 year
